As the owner of a rental property, once you advertise on Proper Homes, you have exclusivity because we do not allow more than one advertisement per property. That means if you are the first to advertise a property, we assure you that you will not have competition to rent that same property on our website. We are building a quality platform, where we take care of both the customer looking for a new apartment and the people who trust us to publish their apartments.

Once your property has been published on the website, you have to make sure you have your personal data updated on Proper Homes, as one of our representatives will contact you to photograph the property. Once your property is published, interested tenants will contact you, and when you decide who to rent it to, we will pay you the rent monthly minus our commission.

The moment you confirm one of the offers that come to you through Proper Homes, the tenant is accepted. They will receive an email informing them that they have to pay the first month's rent, enter their details, and once you add yours, the payment will be sent to you to be able to pay you monthly.

To visit the apartment, you need to click the 'Request Visit' button. This request will be sent to the owner, and you will coordinate the visit according to your convenience. However, you must accept the terms of use and rent the property within the Proper Homes platform.
